Description: Bulwark Exterminating is seeking quality customer service representatives for our National Support Center immediately. Must be available all day for two weeks of training Monday through Friday. After training, multiple hour options available! Our hourly rate for all employees starts at $10.50+ and each employee has the ability to earn performance bonuses to increase their wages based off of the effort they put in. Usually this results in about $15 an hour. Our employees always earn the money they deserve! The position is an inbound/outbound customer service position. Inbound calls involve assisting customers with their pest control needs; such calls include scheduling, paying balances, and education on basic pest control knowledge (received in training). Outbound calls are used to keep pest control accounts up to date and to proactively resolve potential issues before they occur.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

John arrived within the scheduled service window. He was very pleasant and did a great job. He double checked to see what issue I was having to ensure he put down the correct treatment type. He treated the inside, garage and outside perimeter of the house. In addition, he did a granule treatment on the shrubs per my request. John also took the time to explain how dampening the granules will activate them.?
