Bed bugs have been found throughout the entire United States at this point. All the way from the smallest towns to the biggest cities. But most common are the major airport hubs, because of the international travel brings in a lot of different people from across the world, which increases the bed bug population. Places like Chicago, New York, LA and Las Vegas seem to have the highest bed bug population.
