When Do Fire Ants Hibernate


Fire ants won't hibernate, but they'll be less active in cold temperatures.

Fire ants do not actually hibernate. They will survive temperatures as low as 16 degrees Fahrenheit and will become less active during the winter, but they never reach full hibernation.
