My name is Gary, I live in Indian Trail, North Carolina been here for seven years moved here from New Jersey. I didn't have pest control in New Jersey, so basically, I guess they are a lot different. Well we got your service when we moved here seven years ago. So we have been with you for about seven years never had a problem every time we did have a call back or something there is a prompt in your service, you just come you do call to let us know when your coming so that's always nice. I have had Brandon now for about a year. I like him nice guy, treats you well, you know so basically no problem with him and when I did have a problem I would call. I did call, he would come or call back anyway. No actually they do come back whenever you call actually within a day or two at the latest depending on your schedule. I guess when we came into this development it was new. I guess Bulwark was in here a lot basically my in-laws live in another subdivision and a couple of friends that didn't have Bulwark I recommended Bulwark to them. My wife heard from the neighbors about black widows and she is petrified any kind of spider or bug. That was a big thing, and for the kids, she is protecting the kids they are always in the yard and the black widows they get her hair standing I guess, any bug will get her hair standing she's like look at my arm, she's got goosebumps. You know what that's like if she sees a spider. So basically mainly for her and the kids.
