"Just wanted to let you guys know what a great job you've done over the years for us. Our normal guy is Jason, and he has always been awesome. He remembers where not to spray for our tortoise and is always so polite and considerate. Today we had Shawn, and I just have to say I was very impressed. He showed up knowing what plants not to spray and wanted to confirm it with me. I had to leave in the middle of service, and came home to new sticky traps in our door for us to use.
