"Today Kyle with Bulwark called to say he was at our house but the gate was locked and that he would be in town until 4:00. This was great as I never got the call from his office saying they were coming today. Because Kyle was considerate enough to call me, I was able to come home and let him in. Kyle H. always does an exceptional job, and seems to really care about his service. Hats off to Kyle and all the techs who come to my house as they are all great!!! "
