When I started with Bulwark in 2000, I was told that pay increases and promotions were based on performance and not seniority. I was a little skeptical, I mean, every job I had ever had only promoted you depending on how long you worked there. On top of that, I was the youngest employee at the time. Well, Bulwark proved me wrong. My first promotion came after one month.
Bulwark has also changed my outlook on how employees and customers are treated. The owners of Bulwark have been so helpful and patient in teaching me and many others the path. They have taken the time to discover for themselves what the customer and employee want. What we have learned together has been a huge break through in how we look at fellow employees, customers, and even our own families and friends. With great morals and knowledge we have improved and continue to improve. We are reaching our goal of becoming the most productive, highest quality service company in the World. |
